STEP assembly, modules and proof of concept

The full assembly includes the original ABB solid robot model, fixtures, tools, modular base frames and modeled service routes. The module package contains individual mechanisms and the proof-of-concept rig for separate review.

Units: mm. File geometry validity checks are complete. Material trials, supplier interface and tolerance confirmation, and machine safety validation are still required before this revision can be released for production.

The earlier optional platen is retained separately as a development reference. It is not included in the Rev G robot motion checks.
